SHIPPING POLICY

Because honey is a temperature-sensitive product, we ship USPS Priority Mail. Your honey is in transit only 1-3 days, reducing the time it spends waiting on loading docks or overnight in trucks. At certain times of the year--extreme heat of summer, or extreme cold of winter--we may delay shipping until temperatures moderate. 2023 UPDATE: We have had to increase our shipping rates. The Post Office has eliminated the regional rates (that's what kept the shipping prices lower). We have to use the "regular" priority rates now. We don't make any money on shipping--we charge you what the Post Office charges us. Even so, the Post Office is lower than UPS and Fed Ex. We are working to find an alternative. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your honey purchase. If, within 30 days, you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know and we'll refund your money or send a replacement.

Happy Bees Honey currently accepts two payment methods. You can use your credit or debit card through the website, or you can pay through your PayPal account.
