Happy Bees local Buckwheat honey is made predominantly from the flowers of the buckwheat plant grown for us at the Atsion Lake, NJ farm. This dark, robust honey is a favored Varietal, always raw and natural. Excellent for cooking, it's also known for soothing sore throats and coughs. Because this Buckwheat honey comes from our Atsion Lake bee yard, the quantities are limited.
