Happy Bees Buckwheat honey is made predominantly from the flowers of the buckwheat plant grown for us at the Atsion Lake, NJ farm. This dark, robust honey is a favored Varietal, always raw and natural. Excellent for cooking and baking, it's also known for soothing sore throats and coughs.
